2.4 zk77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at any stage. You agree to promptly provide any documentation requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
3.1 zk77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
3.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in other supported currencies. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to normal interbank processing times.
3.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. zk77 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative supported method at its discretion. 3.4 All deposits and withdrawals must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding — depositing from an account not belonging to the registered player — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and reversal of transactions.
3.5 zk77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, withdrawal limits, or temporary transaction holds where required for security, anti-fraud, or regulatory compliance purposes.
4.1 All bets and wagers placed on the zk77 platform — whether on sports markets (including cricket, PSL, international tours, UFC, football) or casino games (live dealer tables, slots, crash games, table games) — are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the system.
4.2 In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game, zk77 reserves the right to declare the affected bet or game round void and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

4.4 All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by certified and independently audited software. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk77 platform:
7.1 zk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
7.2 Upon suspension or closure of an account, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in the normal course subject to completed KYC verification. Funds associated with breaches of these Terms may be forfeited.
7.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zk77 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Existing balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method upon closure.

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk77 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zk77 platform shall be first referred to zk77 customer support for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures of the applicable regulatory body.
